
Holiday Insider Guide Campaign
For this campaign, I wrote seven editorial pieces highlighting holiday gift ideas, dining spots and seasonal activities in Huntsville. The articles were promoted on Instagram and Facebook, with select pieces adapted into television segments on WAFF 48’s Tennessee Valley Living.
Holiday Gift Guides
The Holiday Gift Guides featured festive finds from nearly 30 local businesses, encouraging consumers to shop local during the holiday season. I coordinated directly with business owners and conducted market research to curate a balanced product lineup, then implemented SEO best practices prior to publication. The articles ranked among The Scout Guide Huntsville’s top ten editorial pieces from November - December 2025, generating over 1,100 website views.
The Holiday Gift Guides were adapted into television segments on WAFF 48’s Tennessee Valley Living. I assisted with preparation for the segments by coordinating product pickups and writing concise on-air product descriptions.

Holiday Food & Drink Guide
This piece highlighted Huntsville’s top food and drink spots during the holiday season, offering readers curated recommendations for seasonal dining and celebrations. I coordinated with six local business owners and chefs to gather menu highlights and ensure a balanced mix of cuisines and experiences. Prior to publication, I implemented SEO best practices to optimize discoverability. The result was a well-rounded article that supported local restaurants while delivering timely, engaging content to readers.
Holiday Style Guide
For this feature, I hand-selected items from seven local boutiques and stores. I collaborated with The Scout Guide Huntsville Style Editor Aissa Castillo and Associate Editor Amanda Elliott to create outfits. I wrote engaging product descriptions and implemented SEO best practices for an article that was both beneficial to retail partners and appealing to readers.
Holiday Activities & Traditions Guide
For this piece, I corresponded with more than 40 local business owners, inviting them to reflect on their favorite holiday memories and traditions. From these submissions, I selected eight stories for the final piece. The resulting feature promoted not only businesses hosting seasonal events, but also service-based businesses that often receive less visibility during the holiday season, creating a more inclusive and community-centered portrait of Huntsville.
